It's nice to see that after all the turmoil of the past few months, things are proceeding at a rapid clip toward what we at Simpson/Lynch Studios call "normal."
After their little misunderstanding the other day, Tara wanted to generate a little extra publicity for the Kewl Beanz!TM Grand Opening without stepping on the Skipster's toes financially, so she talked Gretchen into that polka dot photo shoot for Women's Wear Thursday. (And here's some behind-the-scenes info, just for our loyal readers: The "candid" nature of that final swimsuit shot was because both Gretchen and Tara politely but firmly refused to do the sexy cheesecake photos the WWT staff requested!)
Gretchen's command of the English language has been rapid; she says that Tara has been teaching her! I had recently learned that Tara speaks German -- along with English, Gaelic, Chinese, Greek, and who knows what else! -- but didn't know her skills extended to teaching languages, as well! It seems there's a lot I don't know about Tara... but I digress.
Renovations to the inside and outside of Kewl Beanz!TM are pretty much done, so we'll be more than ready for the Grand Opening in slightly more than two weeks! (And here's a treat for you! A shot of the Kewl Beanz!TM building as it looked when we first viewed the site!)

Of course, we now have our jet back, so our offer still stands for providing worldwide "taxi service" for anyone who wants to attend the Kewl Beanz!TM Grand Opening. The SnL One is all gassed up and ready to go! (The Skipster says: Actually, civlian jet airliners burn "fuel," not gasoline. The fuel is called "Jet A." Also, a good captain would calculate the distances he or she needs to fly, along with the weight of the plane, passengers, and cargo, and add just enough fuel to make it safely, allowing for extra reserves... So, saying we're "gassed up and ready to go" wouldn't really be... The Foxster says: Okay, okay! Sheesh, whatta grouch!)
Thanks to Tara, Gretchen, Kato, and the dozens of Pleasantview's citizens now on our payroll, the Skipster and I have been able to remain largely uninvolved in the day-to-day business of Kewl Beanz!TM Therefore, we've been able to line up a few high-paying, creative jobs for ourselves. Negotiations for one of them kept the two of us out rather late the other night, which is when the following transpired!
And finally, at least for now: Our videos will now also be appearing on YouTube. Just click on "Our Videos" on the sidebar.
